Daihatsu occasions in allerlei variaties
Wie zoekt naar Daihatsu occasions zal zien dat ze nog altijd ruim vertegenwoordigd zijn op de occasionmarkt. Dat heeft te maken met het feit dat het in de regel betrouwbare auto's zijn die erg goed passen bij de wensen van automobilisten die zich door de stad moeten bewegen. Dit maakte het merk populair bij mensen die een betaalbare, simpele en no-nonsense auto zochten. En ook al levert Daihatsu al een tijdje geen nieuwe modellen meer aan de Benelux, die kenmerken zijn nog altijd terug te vinden bij de occasions.
Een overzicht van Daihatsu-modellen
In de loop der jaren heeft Daihatsu enkele zeer succesvolle modellen op de markt gebracht. De belangrijkste en meest herkenbare zijn:
- Daihatsu Cuore - Dit succesmodel is tot het einde aan Nederland geleverd en is op de markt sinds 1980. De Cuore is een typische Daihatsu: een kleine hatchback zonder al te veel opsmuk, maar met alles wat een gemiddelde automobilist nodig heeft. Een van de grootste successen van het Japanse merk.
- Daihatsu Move - Nog zo'n auto die je nog altijd veel ziet. De Move is een compacte MPV die met zijn vierkante vormen duidelijk te onderscheiden is van de concurrentie. Een Move biedt genoeg ruimte voor een gezien met wat bagage en is tegelijk ideaal voor druk stadsverkeer.
- Daihatsu Materia - De Materia is een MPV die op de markt werd gebracht nadat de Move uit productie werd gehaald. De Materia valt op door zijn markante vormgeving en is net zo klein en handig als de Move.
- Daihatsu Charade - De Charade is ook zo'n model dat al sinds de vroege jaren '80 op de markt is. Dit is een hatchback die een slagje groter is dan de move en dus net even wat meer ruimte biedt.
- Daihatsu Copen - De Copen is een speelse, fraai vormgegeven cabriolet. Geheel in de stijl van Daihatsu is het een klein autootje, maar wel eentje die gemaakt is voor het plezier.
- Daihatsu Rocky - Deze terreinwagen laat zien dat Daihatsu meer kan dan alleen kleine stadsautootjes bouwen. De Rocky is een stevig model, dat erg goed geschikt is voor onverhard terrein.
- Daihatsu Terios - Nog een 4x4-model, deze Terios. Een praktische SUV, die het ook prima doet als de wegen wat ruiger worden.
De Daihatsu als elektrische auto?
Omdat Daihatsu sinds 2013 is gestopt met het leveren van modellen aan de Benelux, is er geen Daihatsu als elektrische auto te vinden. Dat betekent overigens niet dat de fabrikant het elektrisch rijden laat liggen; voor de Japanse markt wordt al druk gewerkt aan diverse elektrische Daihatsu's.
Daihatsu occasions zijn prima te betalen
Kleine Japanse auto's met relatief kleine motoren zijn vaak erg vriendelijk geprijsd en dat is bij Daihatsu geen uitzondering. De occasions van Daihatsu zijn eigenlijk altijd erg toegankelijk geprijsd, waarmee het vaak ook een uitstekende keuze is voor een eerste auto. Het feit dat de techniek simpel en betrouwbaar is, helpt ook mee en dus zul je de verschillende Daihatsu-modellen nog wel even blijven zien in Nederland.
