De tweedehands Peugeot RCZ is een sportieve coupé die al in 2007 voor het eerst werd getoond als conceptauto. Dit gebeurde op de IAA, georganiseerd in Frankfurt, waar de auto nog werd gepromoot onder de naam Peugeot 308 RC Z. De Audi TT wordt vaak gezien als het alternatief, al moet hier wel bij gezegd worden dat de tweedehands Audi TT aanzienlijk prijziger is. Direct na de presentatie van de concept car bestond er al een enorme populariteit van de auto en men kon dan ook niet wachten tot deze daadwerkelijk op de markt zou verschijnen. Het is dan ook niet verrassend dat de auto van begin af aan een groot succes was. Ook de tweedehands Peugeot RCZ is nog erg geliefd.De motoren
In de vijf jaren dat de Peugeot RCZ geproduceerd werd zijn er meerdere motoren gebruikt, waardoor het goed is om te kijken welke motor er in het exemplaar zit waar je eventueel interesse in hebt. Er zijn twee dieselmotoren gebruikt en in totaal zijn er drie benzinemotoren gebruikt. De dieselmotoren zijn 2,0 liter uitvoeringen. Er is een 320 Nm versie en een 340 Nm versie, beide met 120 kW. De benzinemotoren leveren alle drie een ander vermogen. Er is een uitvoering met 115 kW, een uitvoering van 147 kW en een versie van 199 kW.De coupé van 2010
Direct in 2010 kreeg de Peugeot RCZ een prijs uitgereikt door Top Gear, voor ?Coupé van 2010?. Het Britse magazine Auto Express nomineerde de auto drie maal voor de prijs voor ?Best Coupé of the Year? en uiteindelijk werd de ?Special Design Award 2010? in ontvangst genomen. De tweedehands Peugeot RCZ won maar liefst 5 keer de ?Best Sports Car? prijs, welke wordt uitgegeven door Diesel Car Magazine 4.Meer weten?
